Randy Horowitz
"My Worth Is Based On The Value I Bring To Others".
Randy is a second-generation Realtor who grew up with real estate sales and custom home development from an early age. When he was 18 and in his first year of college, he followed in his family's footsteps by getting the necessary education required to become a licensed Realtor. This allowed him to earn income and gain valuable experience representing homeowners during the years he spent obtaining his undergraduate degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing. Upon graduating from California Polytechnic University in Pomona, Randy went to work in the corporate world. After a few years in corporate sales and management, Randy returned to real estate armed and ready to launch a successful real estate career. In no time, Randy catapulted himself into a sterling career as one of the top-producing Realtors in the Inland Empire.
Over four decades, Randy has garnered a host of awards and accolades, often receiving Century 21's Double Centurion Award, which recognizes an extremely high level of production; and the coveted President's Award; which he is particularly proud of. The President's Award is only earned by 1/3 of the top 1% of Century 21 agents worldwide. It requires Centurion-level production, as well as a 95% Quality Service approval as decided by his clients.
One of the primary factors that has contributed to the Quality Service rating and awards is the culture that Randy has cultivated with a tight-knit, capable team in his colleagues Joe Romero and Tanja Cleary. Randy and his team bring the very best in client care to the Inland Empire's foothill communities. The secret to their success … it all comes down to good old-fashioned hard work, experience, technology, results-driven action, and caring!
Randy, Joe, and Tanja combine their respective backgrounds to ensure all transactions run smoothly, with the lines of communication wide open. Randy explains, "By the time our clients get to the end of the transaction, they know we've responded to every call, text, and email, and do whatever it takes, at all hours, to make sure their needs and goals are met".
To give back to his community, Randy participates in a variety of organizations and companies supporting those with paralysis. After a diving accident in 1981 left him a quadriplegic, Randy put his determination and work ethic to use during his long recovery. Since then, he has made a commitment to help others who have experienced similar circumstances and uses his recovery as inspiration every day. In his free hours, Randy enjoys snow skiing, Angel's baseball, golf, bowling, traveling, and playing with his grandkids.
