Tanja Cleary

Tanja worked for an international car rental brokerage firm where she honed her management skills and eventually landed in the property management industry. During a work hiatus to raise children, she met Randy on the soccer sidelines where their daughters played together. Not only did the two families become fast friends, but the opportunity for them to join forces in real estate presented itself. Tanja has been Randy's Executive Assistant for over a decade and is also a licensed agent. Tanja facilitates the marketing for the team and their client's properties, as well as transaction management and ensuring all needs are met for their clients. Away from the office, she relishes family travel and her book club.
